Around the world!

Hey everyone!

Don't you just looooove the new LOOK at Lulupu?! Two challenges every month! Twice the chance to win goodies!! yay! I am superrrr excited! We get to see so much more of your gorgeous work!

As my inspiration this month, I decided to go with this sweet lil Micia girl.. She says "I LOVE TRAVELLING" and i do!! i loooooove travelling.. ready for a holiday at anyyy given point (poor husband of mine! ;p)

Ive used 2-3 techniques in stamping and heat embossing.. I got this awesome Micia wood stamp in my DT kit which I was dying to use and this was the perfect perfect opportunity.. :) The micia stamps are great quality and superb prices! ;)

I inked her with black memento and stamped onto plain white CS. Then coloured her in with water colour pencils and used my Koi brush to add shading :) Some fussy cutting, stickles and glossy accents later, here she is.. bags packed and ready!! ;)

I created the world map in the background using resist embossing. I stamped the image onto white CS using versamark and clear embossed it. Then using my blending tool i simply covered the entire area with spiced marmalade distress inks :) loooove the bright and merry effects :)

The camera is die cut which i inked with black soot distress ink, then covered the entire area with versamark and clear embossed it :) The pic doesn't do it enough justice :) The lil tag behind is also clear embossed on white CS and then shaded with distress inks :)

The sentiment has been embossed onto vellum using coloured embossing powder. One should ALWAYS enjoy the journey :)

Leave us some love (p.s. i know i've been late in replying to your sweet comments, been missing from blogland for a bit-sorry about that! :)

I'll see all you lovely peeps at #16 - Stamp, colour and emboss :)

Love
