Valou - Challenge # 25 - Oh So Lovely !

Hello, Good Morning and a big big welcome to a brand new month - A month dedicated to Love. I am so so excited to be celebrating Valentine's Day and my first anniversary this month!!! I didn't even realise how a whole year just whopped past!

So anyway, in the spirit of this celebration, this fortnight's challenge is...

Challenge #25 - Oh So LOVE-ly!

Challenge #25 - Qualification Guidelines
{General Guidelines here}

  1. Create any project - a card, layout, altered item, mixed media canvas, album, etc.
  2. The theme of the project should be LOVE. So it could be something from you to your partner/spouse or from you to a couple that you know. I love you, Happy Valentine's Day, Happy Anniversary, I miss you, Happy Married Life, etc. are the kind of sentiments you can work with.
  3.  You must use Patterned Papers!!!
That's about it!!! And here's what the winner of this challenge will get!!

This Gorgeous 6x6 Paper Pad from American Crafts

And some Studio Calico Wood Veneers! :D :D
So let's get started with what I've made for this challenge.
I decided to make a box card because a friend wanted it for her parents' 25th Wedding Anniversary
and all my ideas kind of exploded on this one box alone!! :P :P

To realize this bag, I used a paper " Echo Park ", "Be Mine".

On the upper edge, I stuck of the white lace. I realized the handles of the bag with the pale pink lace.

I used an image " Lelo Designs " which you can find HERE.

I colorized it in the following way:

- Ink "Distress Antique Linen".
- Ink "Distress Tumbled Glass".
- Ink "Distress Festive Berries".
- Ink "Distress Walnut Stain".

- White glitter " Distress ".

I inked the edge of my image with some ink "Distress Walnut Stain" then I stuck it with foam pieces 3-d on a die-cut realized with a dies " Spellbinders-Nestabilities - Circles ".

Then, for rest of the decoration, I stuck a big light pink rose (30 mm), a rose cremates (20 mm), a white rose " Kaisercraft ", a small cloth white flower and a blue "Lilidaft". They are covered with some touches of "Glitter Stickels Icicle".

Sooooo I hope this inspired you guys and you'll make something stunning for us to drop our jaws!!!
Go on, get your craft supplies out and start making something pretty for your loved ones!! :D

Before that, here is the list of products I used for this Box...
