More Cards Using Micia Clear Stamp

Hello again, dear friends!

This is Jasleen , back here to share some more cards I made using the Micia stamp set-Floral invitation I received in my DT kit. To view the first card that I made, click HERE.

And here's the stamp I'm talking about, alongwith those gorgeous Washi Tapes  from Lulupu store:-

So, it's one of the ideas by which we can make a cute invitation card using this Micia stamp set-Floral invitation. I have stamped on the inside of the card as well. The stamp used on the inside is from Avery Elle. Embellished the inside with a simple banner made out of the Washi Tapes  from the kit. These kind of cards are quick to make and we can easily make a set of invititation cards for kids' birthday, baby shower, etc. with this set.

Here's the second card:-

Do you want to know the most interesting thing about this card? Check out the picture below.

on the inside
This is the 'inside' of the card and as some of you may have guessed already, it's a suspension card. Simply put, a suspension card is a variety of an interactive card wherein an image or some embellishment is suspended using a thread, mostly on the inside, so when you open it, you see those pretty little images hanging . It's one of the simpler varieties of interactive cards, but oh-so-interesting and quite easy to make. I followed this tutorial by Jennifer McGuire HERE to make this suspension card. Those cute angels from this stamp set appealed to me to try my hands at making a suspension card. Doesn't it look cute? :)
And here's the third card:-

To make this one, I just used that floral stamp to build up the background, stamped the same floral image on a piece of scratch cardstock, coloured it, and fuzzy cut it to use it as the main focal point, alongwith the simple sentiment 'Hello' stamped on a piece of patterned paper. Added a piece of vellum to make the background subtle and focal image pop. Simple and quick.
So, these were just the few ways to use the Micia stamp set-Floral invitation . I really loved the versatality of this set, so many possibilities.  And to add to it, these are of superior quality and give a crisp image on stamping, every time.

I hope you liked my cards. So, have you started working on the 2-0-1-6 challenge yet? We are waiting to see what you all come up with. Link up your entries HERE.

See you soon.

Have a great Sunday ! :)

Jasleen.
