Blooming Spring!!!!

Hello!!

Varshitha here with an inspiration for Lulupu's Challenge#15 - Weather or Not.. Its an awesome theme and i was waiting to show you what i made. 

Spring is the season when i love to chill out in the mild weather and to watch the tree getting freshened up with leaves and blooming flowers all around.... 

I made a Spring Scene card - which is a view from inside a living room through the window

 

Started the card with adhering the pattern paper for the living room. Then I did the background (outside the window) using scrap paper masking and inking technique to get a cloud effect. Then i Layered it with the branches, flowers and leaves. 

The window and the tree branch are cut using my digital die cutting machine and the flower and butterfly are punch outs. The flowers punch is not actually a flower shape, if you could note it its a multi pointed star/spooky circle kind of shape which i molded and tweaked to get a flower look :) The leaves are hand cut.. 

As a finishing touch I added glossy accent to the middle rim of the wall and an epoxy sentiment (ofcouse a card is never complete without it) to match the rim.
